HOW WILL I MEET THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT FOR PICK-UP?
After you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, look for your chauffeur, who will be holding a name-board with your name on it. If, for some reason, you can’t locate us, please call the chauffeur’s mobile number, which will be indicated in the email that contains the driver and vehicle details. Please do not leave the terminal until you find us.
HOW MUCH WAITING TIME DO YOU PROVIDE FOR AIRPORT PICK-UPS?
We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the landing or the chosen pick-up time. After the complimentary time is finished, a charge of extra hours will apply and be calculated in 15 minute-increments.
MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY, WILL MY CHAUFFEUR MEET ME ON TIME?
We monitor all flights and will do our best to arrive early. This is subject to the chauffeur’s availability.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR FLIGHT DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS?
We monitor all flights, and your chauffeur will enter the terminal after landing. No extra charges will apply if your flight is delayed by 60 minutes or less; however, if your flight is severely delayed (more than 1 hour), then there will be a waiting time fee since our chauffeurs are usually limited to other tasks. In case of flight cancellations, charges may be incurred.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY FLIGHT SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL?
Unless you are flying domestically, you should aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight; however, please check this with your airline.
